FAQ's

Who is the Client?  The Company or the individual being coached?
In situations where the individual engages CRG, the individual is the coaching client and signs an individual Coaching Services Agreement.

In situations where the employer engages CRG, the company generally retains the services of CRG under an umbrella Coaching Services Agreement and serves as the facilitating client. Separate Agreements are then provided to each individual coaching client outlining the terms and conditions specific to each separate coaching client.

How does CRG charge for its Coaching Services?
CRG typically charges a fixed Monthly Coaching Services Fee for each individual coaching client.  The monthly fee varies based upon the nature and format of the Coaching Services established for the individual client.

Does CRG meet in person with its coaching clients or are coaching sessions conducted by phone or other media?
Depending upon the geographic location of the coaching client, CRG may or may not meet face-to-face with the coaching client.  It is not necessary that any coaching sessions be performed in person, and many of our coaching clients work with CRG strictly through phone call sessions.

May I ask for Coaching Client references?
Absolutely....We encourage our new clients to speak with current or former coaching clients of our firm.  We will be glad to offer you the names of several current or former coaching clients -- ones who have agreed to serve as business references -- to answer any questions you have about their level of satisfaction with our services.

Many of our new coaching clients are referred directly to us from current or former coaching clients of our firm.

What information do you share with the Company or Employer regarding what the individual discloses during the course of a coaching services relationship?
The relationship between CRG and the individual coaching client is considered confidential. CRG asks the individual coaching client to provide feedback and updates directly to his or her supervisor or other sponsoring authority at the Company.  We do not share any confidential information with any third party without the express written consent of the individual coaching client.

Is there a term commitment for CRG’s Coaching Services?
No fixed term period applies to our Coaching Services. A coaching client service relationship varies in length based upon the individual’s specific goals and objectives. Coaching Services may be terminated by the individual or Company at any time with 30 days notice given.

What level within an Organization are CRG’s Coaching Services typically directed towards?
Appoximately 80% of our Coaching Services are directed toward a combination of (1) executive-level and senior management-level employees and/or (2) high performing managers considered to have leadership potential.

How does CRG measure its success in the delivery of Coaching Services?
Our coaching services are structured to identify specific Desired Outcomes -- the individual's specific goals and objectives -- related to a client’s leadership and career development needs. We measure our success on enabling the coaching client to achieve those Desired Outcomes.

At the outset of our engagement by an individual coaching client, we issue an Outcomes Contract as an addendum to our individual Coaching Services Agreement.  The Outcomes Contract serves to clearly document the Desired Outcomes to be accomplished by the individual coaching client through the conduct of our coaching services engagement.

Who pays for the Coaching Services – the Company or the individual?
When retained by an individual coaching client, the individual is responsible for paying our fee.  The individual coaching client receives a monthly invoice from CRG for each upcoming monthly coaching period.  In some cases, individuals receive reimbursement from their employer for coaching fees paid to CRG.

When retained by the employer or company, the company is responsible for paying our fee.  The company may deduct some portion of the fee paid to CRG from the employee's payroll.  When retained by the employer, the individual coaching client does not receive a separate invoice for coaching services from CRG.

Approximately one-half of our individual coaching clients pay in full for the coaching services provided by our firm.  The other one-half receive some amount of direct or indirect assistance from their current employer -- either through reimbursement to the individual or direct payment to CRG by the employer.

What methods of payment does CRG accept?
We prefer that all payments be made through our corporate PayPal account.  Monthly invoices are submitted through our corporate PayPal account to the individual or company.  The company or individual may pay our PayPal invoice through their own PayPal account if they have one, or via any major credit card if they do not have a PayPal account.
